RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND PROCEDURE FOR RETURNS
The Customer has the free right to withdraw without any penalty within 14 days of receiving the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer is required to inform us (DDpluspet - Strada di Vallestretta, 55 – 05100- Terni (TR), tel +39 0744- 287 428 e-mail: sales@ddplus.it) of his decision to withdraw from this contract through an explicit declaration (for example a letter sent by  e-mail). To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for the Customer to send the communication relating to the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

With the receipt by DDpluspet.com of the Customer's notice of withdrawal, in the manner and within the terms set out above, the contract will be considered terminated and DDpluspet.com will return the amount paid by the Customer, providing all the instructions to return the product.

In any case, the right of withdrawal is excluded if the product purchased consists of supply of goods made to measure or  personalized or which, by their nature, cannot be returned.

The return of the product by the Customer is considered correct and consistent for obtaining the right of withdrawal, where no manipulation has been carried out capable of decreasing the original value of the product itself. The packaging must be original, complete with documents and delivered for shipment within 14 days of exercising the right of withdrawal.

The shipping costs for the return of the products are charged to the Customer.
