Returns and Return Policy

As provided by Legislative Decree 06/09/2005 n.206 and Article 55 of the Consumer Code for integral vision of the law     http://www.parlamento.it/parlam/leggi/deleghe/99185dl.htm, the consumer is entitled to cancel the purchase without penalty and without specifying the reason within the period of ten working days from the day of delivery. The goods must be returned in perfect condition and intact, as well as the original packaging. Failure to comply with these conditions exclude the possibility of withdrawal.
