1 – Purchasing on www.ddpluspet.com
The products purchased on www.ddpluspet.com are sold by DDplus di Maurizio Di Marzio, VAT 01528360553. The registered office is in the municipality of Terni, Strada di Vallestretta, 55 - 05100. Our prices are displayed in Euro including VAT. The purchase by entering your selected products in the cart. Clicking to complete the order form. The purchase is confirmed upon receipt of the payment. With the transmission of the order form the buyer agrees to comply with all Terms and Conditions on this page.
The contract of sale on-line between the Customer and the Supplier is concluded in Italy and governed by Italian law.
2 – Changes to the Order
Any changes to orders placed are guaranteed within 24 hours of ordering, after 24 hours, please contact ddplus@ddplus.it to verify the possibility of change.
3 – Any Not Available
The daily work of DDplus, allows you to keep your own online catalog, however, rarely lead to non-availability of a particular option. In this case DDplus will promptly inform the customers that they can decide whether to make changes to the order or request a refund of the amount paid. In the case of supplies made up of multiple products, any non-availability of an item is assumed for reimbursement of the amount paid for the portion of the article not available.
4 – Non conformity
The customer is obliged to check at the moment of arrival the goods and the integrity of the packaging. If the packaging or the product is damaged, you have to accept with reserve the goods by courier (this shall be reflected in the document “subject to accepted by reverse because the product / packaging / damaged …”). Consequently, to continue with the procedure, you need send us the pictures of the damaged part with a description of the damage to our e-mail address ddplus@ddplus.it.
The damaged piece will be re-packed with the original packing and returned to the carrier. The damage must be documented with a photograph or movie. DDplus operates anyway with the utmost speed in order to reduce the waiting times.
5 – Limits of Use
DDplus reserves the direct to not conclude the order and reimbursing payment to the account, if there is an error in the product sheet that makes it impossible to execute the order.
For example: non-availability of a product for put production end, restyling or important increases in price not yet listed in the product description.
6 – Chromatic limits
The colors shown in the product sheet must always be considered susceptible to variations, which can be given either by an incorrect setting of the screen.
